Driving Directions:
Our main office is at 178 Farmington Rd. (Rt. 11) in Rochester, NH. From the Spaulding Turnpike (Rt. 16) you can find us by taking Exit 15, RT-11 West. We are .5 miles on the left after Wal-Mart.
About Us
Cornerstone VNA is a nonprofit organization providing home care, hospice, palliative care, private duty and community care to people of all ages. Our mission is to promote the optimum level of well-being, independence and dignity of those living in the community by providing trusted, compassionate and expert health care. Our service area includes over 40 communities in New Hampshire and Maine.
